The Organization of Fiction Writing Workshop is a five week course giving guidance and organization on the flow of a fiction story using a story mountain structure. A story mountain structure is an organized chart that details the flow of the book which is, prologue, preparing the storyline, building up to the climax, presenting the climax, preparing for the ending, presenting the ending, epilogue.
This workshop will prepare writers for actually writing the story and organizing a fiction story that flows with ease and keeps the attention of the reader. Students should already know what character development and outlining/storyboard is. This workshop jumps right into writing the book.
Character and setting development is spoken about during the first week for preparation of writing and outlining. But this is not an area this workshop focuses on. Please contact the instructor, Dominique Watson if you are having trouble with outlining and character development.
Your Instructor
Dominique L. Watson is a published author, entrepreneur and influencer. Dominique has published twenty-one books in the genres of poetry, inspiration, urban/Christian fiction and mystery and suspense including her most popular series, Concealed Betrayal and the Scarlett Fry series.
